Terms of Service for Rust Raid Toolkit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Rust Raid Toolkit (“the App”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to abide by the above, you should uninstall and refrain from using the App.

2. Use and Description

Rust Raid Toolkit offers users a comprehensive toolkit tailored for raid-related calculations and strategies in the game “Rust”. The App is designed to enhance the player experience by providing a raid calculator, strategy guides, and other relevant tools beneficial for both new and experienced players. The App is developed by an enthusiast of the game and is in no way affiliated with Rust or Facepunch Studio.

3. Prohibited Activities and Modifications

Users are strictly prohibited from modifying, tampering, reverse engineering, or altering the App in any manner. This includes attempting to access any backend services, databases, or other components associated with the App. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of the App may result in termination of access, revocation of any licenses granted, and potential legal action.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, for any reason, and without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for any activity that occurs through their use of the App. This includes ensuring the security of their device and not sharing the App with individuals who have not agreed to these terms. Users agree not to access the App by any means other than through the interfaces provided by Rust Raid Toolkit.

6. In-App Purchases and Advertisements

The App may offer an in-app purchase option, “Supporter Version”, which, once purchased, removes all advertisements from the App. Additionally, Rust Raid Toolkit displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party ad network. These advertisements may be targeted based on your activity within the App or other criteria set by Google AdMob.

6.1 Data Collection by Google AdMob

Google AdMob may collect data or use cookies to enhance the ad experience, measure ad effectiveness, and for other purposes as defined in their privacy policy. Rust Raid Toolkit does not have control over the data collection practices of Google AdMob and is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties.

6.2 Opting Out of Targeted Ads

Users may have options to opt-out of targeted advertising through platform-specific settings. However, users will still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Norway.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rust Raid Toolkit, its developers, affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
